Project rate: Between $100 to $110/hour, which can vary based on the project

Rush rates (includes weekend or overnight work, client will be notified in advance): $125 to $150/hour

Travel Rates: Oncology Medical Writing Services (Oncomedwriter) can travel to meet you at your location periodically, although we both need to agree as to the scheduling of such an arrangement. In the event that travel is required, a daily travel fee applies, which will include:

• Reimbursement for the cost of travel and costs for overnight accommodations (if applicable)
• Each hour of travel is equal to half the hourly rate

The New York City area is typically excluded from a travel fee.
